You obviously don't know Oklahoma law. You do not have to prove that money changed hands. Prostitution and public lewdness are the exact same charge in Oklahoma. In this case it was a felony charge and he was convicted.

It seems to me that all these guys have to do is say, "Yes we were in the car fornicating. But no money was exchanged." That way, the only charge is public indecency, and I don't think that is near as serious of a charge. Unless of course you actually get the money transaction on tape, and I don't think you do.
